LinkedIn is one of the most important part of a professional life. It is the place to make your professional profile, show your achievements, create networks with similar professionals, and most importantly, find a job. But all these things will only work if you have a good network. Recently I found a new way to grow on LinkedIn in 2024. So this post, I am going to show you the same.
Strategy
So the strategy that we are going to follow is that we are going to use a LinkedIn auto-connect extension. It is a type of software that can be directly installed in Chrome Browser, and with that, you can automatically connect to people on LinkedIn. You can also specify their role and other things while connecting. For example, if you want to connect with software engineers who is in Gurgaon, you can simply specify this criteria, and the extension will automatically send a connection request to them.
Is is safe?
This strategy is completely safe because we are not violating any LinkedIn policy. But if you send too many connection requests in a very short time, then it can cause issues. But there is no need to worry about that because the extension that I am talking about also has a limit on how many requests you can send on a daily basis. So that it always falls under authenticity.
Let’s Grow
Okay, now follow exactly the same steps as I do.
Install Extension
Go to this link and install extension. One thing to note is that this extension will only work in Chrome and Chrome-based browsers such as Brave and Chromium.
Open Extension Panel
Now go to LinkedIn and make sure you are logged into your account. Once the page is loaded completely, click on the extension icon that is located on the top right of the screen. Check out the below image for reference.
After that, click on the extension, and you will see the following screen. A pop-up will show you all the settings for the extension. There you have to add the title of the people that you want to connect. In my case, I have entered Software Engineer, but you can also write IT Recruiter or similar titles to connect with respective people. After that, you have to set the location. Remaining things are self-understood, you can change and modify according to your choice. You should always keep the message empty because, with a LinkedIn free account, you can only send 5 customised connection requests.
Add Connections
After that, click on the blue button, and 30 connection requests will be sent automatically within 1 – 2 minutes. You can also see the name and complete title of the person whom the request is being sent. You can only send 30 requests per day. This is because LinkedIn has a limit on how many requests you can send. If you try sending more LinkedIn, it will put your account in suspicious activities.

Growth Proof
Okay, I know people want proof before trying something. So let me show you how much I have grown by using this method. I started using this extension on 30th July, and at that time I was getting around 4 to 8 connections every day. I wasn’t connecting from my side instead I was getting connection requests. After I started using this extension, I saw a significant growth in my followers. Now I am getting around 15 to 25 followers every day. Below is the screenshot for this statistics graph.
